Delphinus Engineering, Inc., Eddystone, PA (AB-133M-15-CQ-0030) was awarded a FFP, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) multiple award contract with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) on July 1, 2015.  The IDIQ contract will provide for Dockside Maintenance and Repair services on NOAA vessels at various locations in Hawaii (generally, Honolulu).  Services include, but are not limited to:  preservation of ship structures, deck covering systems, welding processes, temporary hull access, electrical and HVAC systems, auxiliary machinery systems, shipboard ventilation systems, electrical rotating machines, generators, and motors, propulsion systems, and tank and void inspection, testing, repair and maintenance.  The contract is being awarded for a base year, with the potential for two option years, and has a possible ceiling value of up to $4.2M.  The multiple award contract was competitively bid through NOAA’s Western Acquisition Branch in Seattle, WA.   This contract represents the first award for Delphinus from the Agency, and will kick-start corporate operations in the Aloha State.
