Delphinus is organized with one objective foremost in our minds – responsiveness to our Customer through agility and speed-to-delivery. Our streamlined organization focuses on the Customer and their requirements.

Our five operating divisions work directly for the Customers, led by our program directors and division director, and supported by our corporate business management team. Each of our operating divisions provides the resources to execute the contract. Our program directors and division directors provide the leadership, focus, and expertise to meet each contracts’ requirements. Our corporate management team enables and supports their efforts. Collectively, they provide an expertly managed, extensive resource pool directly and fully accessible to our Customers.

Marine Services Divisions: Located in Norfolk, San Diego, and Bremerton, with a liaison facility in Pearl Harbor, the Marine Services Divisions accomplish ship and ship systems repair, maintenance, and modernization projects. They provide personnel for planning, material support, and shipboard work, as well as required tools, equipment, services, and material. In addition to implementing company-wide management systems, they also implement contract and work specific systems for:

  • Quality Assurance meeting the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and NAVSEA Standard Item 009-04. The system has been reviewed and approved for use on contracts by NAVSEA, SWRMC, MARMC, PSNS & IMF, PHNSY & IMF, NNSY, and PNSY.
  • Environmental Safety and Heath meeting the requirements of 29 CFR Part 1915 for Occupational Safety and Health Standards for Shipyard Employment.

Marine Engineering Division: Located in Norfolk, the Marine Engineering Division provides design, engineering, and purchasing for ship construction, conversion, and repair. In addition to implementing company-wide management systems, they also implement contract and work specific systems for:

  • Quality Assurance meeting the requirements for ISO 9001:2015. The system has been assessed by ABS Quality Evaluations and certified as found to be in conformance.

Cyber Operations and Security Division: Located in Philadelphia, Norfolk, and San Diego, the Cyber Operations and Security Division provide computer programming, software engineering and development, and cyber security evaluations and accreditations.
